Burger King Binge Fest Nurtrition
So today I left my better half at the airport, knowing we won’t be seeing each other for another 2 months. Needless to say I was upset. Every time we separate I feel like a part of me is missing; like there’s a void. And I wanted to fill this void.
I wanted to fill it with one of everything available on the Burger King menu. I don’t even like Burger King, but the emotional distress was enough to make me want to binge myself stupid in an effort to feel better.
This happens to a lot of people, and it’s often the reason why they fail to stabilise their weight and build a body they love. Emotional eating is a real thing. Dieting won’t fix it. Exercising won’t fix it.
But we can.
Here at Nutricoachdiet we look at the real reasons why people eat the way they do. We work on the lifestyle, the psychology, the support systems. Our understanding goes deeper than telling you off because you fell off the wagon. We work on real, sustainable change.
If that’s something you want, message me back for details about our 6 week transformation plan and start the change now.
By the way, I didn’t go to Burger King. I settled for some spinach, apple and cucumber juice. No, it didn’t cheer me up, but it did stop me upsetting my stomach and feeling guilty for binging.
